Jafferally for years. I trust him with my teeth. He saved my front teeth after a traumatic injury and has helped me manage my grinding. His staff is always friendly and helpful too.

I woke up in so much pain, on a Saturday morning by the way, called Dr. Jafferally's office and was having an emergency root canal done about 30 minutes later. The staff is so friendly and very informative! I knew exactly what was happening and why it was happening. They also made it very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Smiles On Greatwood Dentistry for anyone who is looking for fast and friendly service; I know that I will definitely be coming back in the future!.

My three daughters and i have been patients of Dr. Jafferally for more than 6 years now. We truly feel as though we are a part of the Smiles on Greatwood family. Being a single mom it is difficult when I have to miss work in order to make appointments during the week, so I LOVE that they are open for appointments every other Saturday.

Jay is excellent! Doctor takes his time and explains everything clearly. Office staff is friendly! Highly recommend!.

To say the least very caring at the same time very professional doctor. Dr Jafferally took time to understand the fear that i face while visiting a dentist. He lent his ear completely was very understanding and compassionate. If only all dentists were like that people like me would have no problems going to a dental office. The office staff seated me asked me if I needed anything and most of all made me feel very special. I highly rate this office for their compassion professional staff and incredible doctor.

I had to have previous dental work redone from a well know dentistry and Smiles of Greatwood are the best. Everything was explained to me so that I understood what had to be done, I was kept in the know through out the process. New crown work completed, awesome dentist and staff! Wish I would have found them years ago.

The staff was so very kind and patient with me, and did everything they could to make me comfortable. The dentist was very professional and kind also. He was also informative and let me know exactly what they were going to do.

I would like to thank Dr. Jafferally and his staff for the great service they provide. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are always attentive and make me feel very comfortable during my visits. I have always been self conscious about my smile and wanted to get implants. I have delayed getting implants because of the cos and the recovery time from surgery. Dr. Jafferally told me about the snap on smile. Of course I was skeptical. After doing some research, I decided I wanted to get the snap on smile. I am so glad I did. The snap on smile is a fraction of the cost of implants, there is no down time and it looks so natural. You just slip it over your natural teeth. I can eat with it on as well. I am so glad I decided to get the snap on smile instead of implants.

The communication and responsiveness from the staff was beyond my expectations! Once we arrived they got us right in and took care of my son. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice! We will be coming back here

Smiles on Greatwood Dentist provide efficient to schedule appointments, everyone here is friendly. It is my 1st visit for today. I will update the further reviews when the job is done. Here is my follow up review after a crown mounted today, 09/27/2023. It is a long story & make it short. The crown sent by a lab 3 times (3 crowns) per Dr. Akbar “picky” request, he personally went over with the lab for the 3rd one ensure all shape perfect & he did finally. The 2nd & 3rd treatments are free of charges. Meanwhile the dentist assistant is very helpful as well. Both of them are professional to treat the patient. It is a good experience at the Smile on Greatwood Dentist office.

Conveniently placed next to the Greatwood community, office was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Dr. Jafferally was very informative and straightforward about the work I needed for my oral health. He is a little straight to the point, which some ppl might take as bad bedside manner but he honestly just wants to make things clear from the beginning. I had insurance but I had to pay out of pocket for my specific cleaning. The prices didn’t seem unreasonable to me compared to any other dentist place, but that’s dependent upon your budget. My only slight complaint would be that the place seemed understaffed and undertrained . I was told that this place had been open for years but it felt like it opened 2 days ago, based off my experience with the dental assistants. I still wouldn’t mind recommending this place to other family members.

I knew I needed quite a bit of work done so I was nervous to go in for several reasons but all of that nervousness went right out the window when I was greeted. The staff is absolutely fantastic! So friendly, welcoming, understanding, etc. I needed a deep cleaning, filling and extraction and Dr. Akbar Jafferally and his were amazing! They did excellent work and most importantly to me, made me feel comfortable the entire time! Can’t recommend them enough!

This place is an amazing place. All of the staff is so very professional, and they treated me like family. One day I had a root canal done, and I didn't have any pain the next day. I was even able to brush my teeth the next morning. Then on the day after my root canal was done, I went in for a deep cleaning. All I can say is WOW what an amazing job they did. I have several things I want to get done, and for this reason I'm so glad I found this place. They have definitely gain a forever customer in myself and my family.

Dr. J and his staff are phenomenal. I have been hesitant to take my 85 year old grandmother to the dentist since Covid however i decided to set an appointment for her to visit Smiles on Greatwood and boy am I glad I did. Dr. J took his time to explain what treatment is needed for her. I felt totally confident in allowing him to extract 2 of her teeth and add bone graft to build up her gums. He extracted the 2 teeth within minutes and my grandmother complained of nothing.!!’ No pain! I’m so glad i decided to bring her to Smiles on Greatwood!!

Dr. Jafferally is the most awesome General Dentistry Doctor I have ever seen. He is very patient, detailed oriented and works incredibly. I received a deep cleaning that required anesthesia and I felt wonderful the whole time. His front office staff has amazing personalities, Megan & Sharon make sure you leave Smiles On Greatwood comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend this office

Staff is extremely kind and professional. Dr Jafferally is wonderful and great bedside manner especially since I'm terrified of going to the dentist. 100% recommend!
